How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Requestsrepresents Plumbing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Requestsrepresents Plumbing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a plumber we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Plumbers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by talking to the plumber directly, and keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Keep in mind that Requestsrepresents Plumbing cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@requestsrepresents.lat and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the plumber
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you recall
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. Finally, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about plumbing work itself, a state or local plumbing licensing board may be able to help.
